16 members of Ely Walking Group, together with 4 well behaved dogs, enjoyed a 6 1/2 mile walk in the winter sunshine. Starting at a frosty Santon Downham, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, they then used paths along the Little Ouse River, through Thetford Warren forest and stopped halfway at High Lodge in the forest for a hot drink.
