Littleport Rangers FC was established in 2009. We are recognised by the Football Association as a Chartered Standard club. All coaches are DBS checked, have achieved a level 1 or 2 coaching qualification, have completed their child safeguarding course and are first aid trained.
We currently have 3 teams, 2 in the Cambs Mini Soccer League, U9 & U10 2017/2018, and 1 in the Cambridgeshire & District Colts League, u12’s.
We are operated and run by volunteers across our three teams. The support from parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, guardians, is unparalleled.
We are in the process of starting from the bottom again next season (2018/2019) with a year 1 and 2 group.
We reside at Littleport Leisure Centre for our home games and training. Matches are Saturday mornings, with training between 17:00-19:00 on Wednesdays, depending on age group.
We are lucky to have a number of local sponsors who support us unequivocally. Our members wear the badge with pride and represent at all levels across the county.
Our U12’s have achieved a league win, with a game in hand this season. Credit to the players and coaching staff who have all worked hard to achieve this accolade. They have been going for five seasons. Dedication is key.
We are looking for players in school years 1 and 2, then going forward start a team and join the mini soccer league. There will be 2 FREE training sessions on a Wednesday evening on the 6th and 13th June from 5-6pm on the Littleport Leisure Centre field.
There could be space for new age groups dependant on children and recruitment of coaches. So if you can spare some time each Wednesday evening and a Saturday morning we would like to hear from you! The club can fund for the relevant Coaching courses and support them during their time at LRFC.

Littleport Rangers U10’s have enjoyed a successful season. As it’s non-competitive we don’t have a league position, but have enjoyed our share of success on the pitch. The improvement throughout the team has been great. Every part of their game is improving, and the team spirit is growing with every game. We are looking forward to moving up to 9v9 next season, and we hope that the team continues to develop.
We would like to say thank you to Manit Contractors and S & J Cars for the sponsorship over the last two seasons. For this coming season we have a shiny new kit kindly sponsored by Sigma Embroidery.
