Ted Harding passed away on October 30th after a long fight with illness. Ted was a staunch supporter and committee member of Littleport Life magazine for many years. His eagle eye scanned every page sent him to proofread until failing sight caused him to reluctantly cease that area of his voluntary work. In the pouring rain Littleport paid tribute to its sons fallen, taken prisoner, enslaved on the Burma Railway, tortured and starved, before Japan surrendered on the 15th August 1945.
