A big thank you for everyone who has been supporting Littleport’s new community market.
You have been coming out in your droves to support this new town centre initiative and it has been fantastic to see the town look so busy. People have made some lovely comments on social media and it is great that so many residents have had the chance to see inside the beautiful Heritage Centre which is the perfect setting for our community market.
We really hope that you will continue to support this market and please keep spreading the word.

Now that the town centre is beginning to have a buzz about it again it has prompted the group to turn their attention to the condition of the street furniture and the town centres general appearance.
We are now beginning a tidy up campaign and hope that by the time you read this article, you will have already noticed a difference.
As well as assisting the volunteers at the Heritage Centre to set up the market, the Town Team has been looking ahead to organise its next event – Celebrate Christmas – which is being held on Saturday 5th December. We aim to bring you lots of family fun and entertainment and yet another reason to come into the centre of town and support your local shops and businesses (plus of course your new market!).
