After six months closure due to the pandemic, the doors of the Community Centre were briefly opened again on 22nd September when Cathy Doswell organised a Macmillan Coffee Morning. Friends had donated a delicious range of home baking including not just cake, but sausage rolls and biscuits too. For a small community such as ours, an incredible sum of £606 was raised and heartfelt appreciation goes to all neighbours, friends and JR Cars who generously donated to the Coffee Morning.
